As we expand, we are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team and support our HR functions.


Position Overview:

The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing appraisals, addressing employee queries, overseeing data management, and facilitating communication with our parent agency, Ykone. This role is vital to ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end appraisal process, ensuring timely and effective evaluations.
  • Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR data systems.
  • Collaborate with the parent agency, Ykone, to ensure alignment on HR policies and practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management for decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and data management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
