The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for driving growth and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Identify and prospect potential clients within the digital media and consulting industry, nurturing leads from initial contact to contract closure.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and consulting, to tailor solutions to client needs and drive successful project delivery.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
7. Negotiate contract terms and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
8. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress towards targets and key initiatives.
9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and expand the client base.
10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and streamline operations to enhance efficiency and drive business growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, preferably within the digital media or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, technologies, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
