Partnerships Associate | Work from Office | Gurugram


Digiaccel is seeking a dynamic and proactive Community Engagement Associate to lead our outreach efforts with diverse learner profiles, including working professionals and fresh graduates. This role is crucial in establishing and enhancing our presence across all our programs.


Key Responsibilities :


Strategic Outreach :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to engage undergraduate colleges and their student communities through on-campus events, workshops, and presentations to increase awareness of our programs.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within the college network, including faculty, career services, and student organisations.

Brand Building :

• Communicate the unique value propositions of our specialist programs to prospective students and academic partners through different channels

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns tailored for undergraduate audiences.

• Utilize social media and other digital platforms to enhance our visibility and engagement among students.


Community Management :

• Build engagement avenues for graduated learners (both working professionals and PG candidates)

• Liaison with Content team to build a highly effective content funnel for all learners

• Organise regular meetups/conclaves to build on Digiaccel's repute of being the gold standard of Marketing education.


Program Management & Data Analysis :

• Build calendar of engagement initiatives and mobilise teams/resources for them.

• Build a governance mechanism to measure effectiveness of ongoing/completed engagements

• Track and analyse outreach activities to measure their effectiveness and impact. Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications :


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 0-3 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or a related role

• Background of working in Agencies/Community Management/Events will be an add on

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

• Proven ability to plan and execute events and campaigns effectively

• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
