We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the gaming industry and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing gaming brands. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive brand growth.
  • Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Launches: Coordinate and manage product launch strategies to ensure successful market entry and consumer adoption.
  • Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, PR, and other internal teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.


Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 5 years of brand management experience in the gaming industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and gamer communities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for gaming.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global gaming brands.
  • Familiarity with casino gaming technologies and trends.
