We are seeking a Brand Strategist to join our team of creative professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns that connect with target audiences and drive business results for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analysis of clients’ industries, competition, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy development
- Define brand positioning and messaging that reflects clients' unique value proposition and resonates with target audiences
- Develop and present brand strategy recommendations, creative briefs, and campaign concepts to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with creative, account, media, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the brand strategy is integrated with overall marketing plans
- Manage and supervise the execution of brand campaigns, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations
- Monitor and measure brand performance metrics, and adjust brand strategy and campaigns as needed
- Contribute to new business development by participating in pitches, proposals, and presentations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or related fields in an agency or brand environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling way
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams
- Experience with project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with market research methods and tools (e.g., surveys, focus groups, social listening)
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies is a plus

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
