This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in the ground-mounted solar power plant department. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and maintaining good relationships with them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical details related to solar power plants
- Proven sales track record in a similar industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the solar power industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
