Role & responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across diverse platforms, including digital, social, email, SEO, and traditional channels to achieve individual brands business goals.
  • Regularly profile and segment customers, adapting marketing strategies to cater to their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Align marketing strategies with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.
  • Continuously analyze marketing data and metrics to refine strategies and optimize results.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and incorporate relevant trends into the strategy.
  • Implement promotional activities and traditional guerrilla marketing techniques to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Content & Digital Marketing Management

  • Develop and implement a robust content marketing strategy.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives effectively, aligning them with brand goals and content strategy.
  • Regularly develop and publish content according to a content calendar and within the marketing budget.
  • Coordinate with digital and social media teams to define content calendars and ensure brand promotions are effectively featured across various channels.
  • Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition & Retention
  • Implement strategies to generate leads, increase customer visits and purchases, and retain customers.
  • Develop and manage effective loyalty and referral programs.
  • Regularly analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and adjust strategies accordingly.

Guerrilla & Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute innovative guerrilla marketing techniques to promote brand awareness.
  • Organize and promote brand events and special offers, collaborating with relevant parties as necessary.

Public Relations & Partnership Management

  • Function as a public relations spokesperson to promote the brands locally.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key organizations, influencers, bloggers, and vloggers to boost brand promotion.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead the marketing team effectively, instilling a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across various departments and advise team members on due dates for deliverables.

Budget Management & Reporting

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Prepare and present detailed quarterly and annual performance reports to senior management.

Marketing for New Product/Service Launches & Special Events

  • Coordinate marketing activities for new product launches, store openings, food festivals, and other special events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launching local activations and managing menu edits.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidates should have experience in ATL/BTL Activities
  • Experience in B2C Marketing or Restaurant or Hotel Chain is a must
  • Must have handled Videographers, Video Editors, Content Writers
