Responsibilities

  • Identify customer's engineering needs/requirements, introducing & establishing the VARALKA brand
  • Identify customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers
  • Provide technical and engineering information by answering their queries
  • Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales meetings
  • Sharing technical & commercial offers to the customers
  • Maintain order follow-up, commercial negotiations, order finalization & payment follow-ups for all orders
  • Setting up a network of dealers and agents for VARALKA across India
  • Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives
  • Share regular feedback of the competitor activities with the team and take action to share the best offers with potential customers
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in industrial sales (preferably heat exchangers)
  • Good contacts in Steel, Cement & Power plants in East India
  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
