Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant to CEO plays a crucial role in aligning organizational goals with operational execution. This position acts as a strategic partner to the CEO, facilitating seamless coordination across departments, driving organizational initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support
- Act as the operational extension of the CEO, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to aid decision-making and draft business documents such as plans, policies, and proposals.
- Manage and execute special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO.
2. Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Foster collaboration among departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Resolve cross-functional challenges to maintain smooth workflows and communication.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation and efficiency across teams.
3. Technology Management
- Oversee app and web development projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Recommend technology upgrades to enhance productivity and integrate tools into daily operations effectively.
- Monitor and improve the use of internal software and systems, such as CRM.
4. Organizational Planning and Analysis
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments.
- Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations to the CEO.
5. Leadership and Team Engagement
- Lead company-wide events and initiatives to promote team alignment and engagement.
- Collaborate with HR on leadership development programs and mentor departmental leaders.
- Foster a motivated and results-oriented team culture.
6. Public Relations and External Engagement
- Represent the CEO in discussions with clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Plan and execute PR activities to strengthen the company's brand image.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to drive growth.
7. Administrative Excellence
- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring effective time allocation for strategic priorities.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of key organizational documents and MOMs.
- Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring actionable outcomes.
