Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the Sales Unit with the objective of increasing the productivity of the unit, this would include, training, coaching & JFW.
- To handhold probationer and ensure probation clearance.
- Ensuring high activation of frontline sales.
- To train and coach Agency Managers on knowledge, skill and to productivity through classroom interaction, joint field work and individual counseling.
- Work in close coordination with BMs for planning and goal setting of Agency Managers.
- Conduct Training sessions on Product and processes for BMs as well as Agency Managers.
- Conduct and train on lead generation activities.
- Responsible for onboarding of Agency Managers through training and assessments.
- Provide adequate support in conducting Customer Meets, Worksites. Driving various specialized initiatives for Branch Retention.
Technical Competencies:
- Knowledge of insurance concepts, basic pricing, product structures, banking and financial products, competitive environment, financial planning and banking and insurance customer behavior
- Training delivery & facilitation skills
- Understanding of various training tools and techniques to be used in the program.
Personal Attributes / Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written & presentation)
- Stakeholder management
- Proactive in the development of others, Seeks to understand their strengths, development needs and aspirations and creates opportunities to use and address these
