  • To work closely with the Sales Unit with the objective of increasing the productivity of the unit, this would include, training, coaching & JFW.
  • To handhold probationer and ensure probation clearance.

  • Responsible for onboarding of Agency Managers through training and assessments.
  • Provide adequate support in conducting Customer Meets, Worksites. Driving various specialized initiatives for Branch Retention.


Technical Competencies:


  • Knowledge of insurance concepts, basic pricing, product structures, banking and financial products, competitive environment, financial planning and banking and insurance customer behavior
  • Training delivery & facilitation skills
  • Understanding of various training tools and techniques to be used in the program.
