  • Identify and prospect potential locations for EV charger deployment within the commercial real estate sector, including large commercial buildings, corporate offices, commercial properties, hotels, malls, parking lots, and facility management services.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the demand for EV charging infrastructure within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Present proposals and negotiate terms and agreements with property owners and stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as project management and operations, to ensure a seamless transition from location identification to installation, considering technical feasibility and other requirements, such as state DISCOM etc.
  • Ability to possess strong customer relationships within the industry.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and government regulations related to EV charging infrastructure within the commercial real estate service and hotel industry.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights on market developments, potential leads, and progress in securing new locations.
  • Leverage your professional demeanor to represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, promoting our EV charging solutions and establishing partnerships within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel/PPT/word) and sales tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
