Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our IT consulting firm. This commission-based role is ideal for individuals with strong connections in the industry who can source Corp2Corp contracts and build relationships with potential clients, including government and private sector organizations.


Responsibilities:


• Identify and engage with potential clients in both government and private sectors to secure Corp2Corp contracts.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to generate business opportunities in IT consulting.

• Source and close high-value projects in areas such as QA, Testing, and Salesforce.

• Negotiate contract terms and ensure mutual benefits for all parties involved.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of projects to support business growth and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based role.
