Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the water treatment industry. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative water treatment solutions, engaging with customers to understand their technical needs, and providing expert advice to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in water treatment technologies and a passion for sales and customer engagement.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services.

- Identify potential sales opportunities through networking and client referrals.

- Conduct detailed needs assessments and technical presentations to clients about our products and their applications.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients before and after the sale.

- Coordinate with other team members to develop marketing and sales strategies.

- Keep informed on industry news and trends, market activities, and competitors.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or related field).

- 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, ideally in the water treatment industry.

- Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to new sales opportunities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
