Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced US Staffing IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in the US market, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the US hiring process.


Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions in the US market.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical screening and background checks.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, negotiation, and offer extension.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting for W2 requisitions at mid and senior levels.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of modern technologies.
  • Strong understanding of US visa types, tax terms, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Experience with VMS/MSP staffing.
