Growth Marketing Lead

The Head of Growth Marketing will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our FMCG products. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for growth marketing initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives and targets. Lead the growth marketing team in executing strategies that drive measurable results and contribute to business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, operations, and finance, to align growth marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Foster a culture of collaboration and communication to ensure seamless execution and alignment across teams.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead the development and execution of customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, performance marketing, and traditional media. Optimize acquisition campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and maximize conversion rates.
- Retention and Engagement: Develop comprehensive strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value. Implement tactics such as loyalty programs, personalized marketing campaigns, and targeted messaging to enhance customer engagement and foster long-term relationships.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics and insights to inform decision-making and optimize growth marketing strategies. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), retention rates, and ROI, to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Product Innovation and Launches: Collaborate with product development teams to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion. Lead the marketing strategy and execution for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to drive successful market entry and adoption.
- Brand Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and drive customer acquisition. Negotiate partnership agreements and oversee execution to ensure alignment with brand objectives and growth targets.
- Budget Management: Manage the growth marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that demonstrate the highest potential for ROI. Track expenses, monitor performance against budget, and optimize spending to achieve maximum impact and efficiency.
- Talent Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster professional growth and development. Build a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and optimize strategies for driving growth and revenue in a competitive market landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of X years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for growth marketing initiatives.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
