Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including understanding job requirements, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Use various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule in-person/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate and manage interview logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
- Candidate Management:
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire).
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to leadership.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal, compliance, and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors/PG degree in any Stream
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (Non IT) or similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines..
