Job Summary:The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including understanding job requirements, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Sourcing Candidates:Use various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.Screening and Interviewing:Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule in-person/virtual interviews.Coordinate and manage interview logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.Candidate Management:Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.Recruitment Metrics:Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire).Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to leadership.Compliance:Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal, compliance, and organizational standards.Maintain accurate documentation for all recruitment activities.Qualifications:Education:
Bachelors/PG degree in any StreamExperience:Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (Non IT) or similar role.Experience in full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Familiarity with social media recruiting.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines..Key Competencies:Proactive problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
