Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Vlocity Developer with specialized expertise in Order Management (OM) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions for complex customer requirements, primarily in industries like telecommunications, media, or insurance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline customer experiences, automate quote and order processes, and integrate enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Vlocity components for Order Management (OM) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes.
  • Configure and implement Vlocity OmniStudio tools, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors, to support customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document requirements for OM and CPQ functionalities.
  • Design and build custom solutions within Salesforce and Vlocity to enhance customer experience and optimize business workflows.
  • Work on Vlocity Data Model, Product Catalog, Pricing Engine, and Quote Lifecycle Management to deliver accurate, dynamic solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing CPQ and OM applications for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct data mapping and data transformations between Salesforce/Vlocity and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop REST and SOAP APIs and manage integrations with third-party systems.
  • Follow best practices and maintain code quality, documentation, and version control using tools like Git.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) development.
  • Strong knowledge of Vlocity OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Order Management (OM), specifically in configuring and managing order workflows and lifecycle processes.
  • Expertise in Vlocity CPQ: product configuration, pricing rules, quoting process, and discounting methods.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data model, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and understanding of CRM best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Experience with product catalog management and complex product configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
