Bench Sales Recruiter

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for building relationships with IT consultants and matching them with suitable job opportunities. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Additionally, you will collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their requirements and provide the right talent.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for contract positions
- Build and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and qualifications
- Negotiate rates and terms with consultants
- Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company
- Involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors.
- Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals and other Networking sites.
- Arranged interview calls for consultants and gave my best to place them on projects as early as possible.
- Follow up with the client/prefer vendors and candidate after interview.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role
- In-depth understanding of the IT industry and current market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
