We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist who can elevate our brand presence, connect with our audience emotionally, and drive engagement through creative and impactful content.


Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Content Creation & Management:

  • Plan, create, and post engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to the Indian business audience.
  • Develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and interactive posts that resonate with users’ emotions and needs.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Biizline’s brand voice and objectives.

2. Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Stay updated on trends and tools to create viral, shareable content.

3. Community Engagement:

  • Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
  • Actively engage with users to foster brand loyalty and awareness.

4. Performance Tracking & Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) to refine strategies.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Campaign Management:

  • Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to boost reach and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote app features, updates, and campaigns effectively.

6. Brand Advocacy:

  • Craft content and campaigns that emotionally connect with Indian business owners, highlighting how Biizline simplifies their lives.
  • Strategically use festivals, cultural events, and trends to promote Biizline innovatively.


Key Requirements:


Experience: 2-3 years in social media marketing (preferably in a tech or B2B domain).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Ability to write in simple English that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box.

Bonus:

  • Experience targeting Indian SMBs or B2B audiences.
  • Knowledge of running paid campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
