REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in planning and executing large-scale events / projects / tours
  • Excellent organisational, communication, time-management and analytical skills.
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy. Thorough and systematic work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively & meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of event operations, including planning, logistics, customer experience & safety.
  • Driven & motivated with a proven track record in managing systems and processes. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible, positive mindset to adapt to as well as lead change & evolution 
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and quick to learn and embrace new technologies.
  • Strong office administration, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Advanced computer skills and strong Google Office skills (advanced level).
  • Driven and motivated by a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and be challenged
  • Committed, willing to work long hours as required. Travelling is an integral part of the job
