Position Overview:


We’re looking for a dynamic and empathetic Community Moderator to manage and engage our online communities, primarily on WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social media platforms, ensuring a welcoming and safe space for parents to share, learn, and connect.

As a community moderator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a community dedicated to empowering parents to make right food choices for their children. If you’re passionate about nutrition and health, enjoy engaging with like-minded individuals, and are excited about building a supportive network for parents, we’d love to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Actively moderate and manage interactions within our WhatsApp groups, Facebook communities, and other social channels to ensure a positive experience for all members
  2. Answer questions, provide support, and guide discussions aligned with community’s interests and direction
  3. Organize and participate in community activities, such as Q&A sessions, live chats, contests, and polls
  4. Collaborate with nutritionists, paediatricians, and brand advocates to arrange insightful sessions and expert content for the community
  5. Foster relationships with community influencers and encourage user- generated content.
  6. Track engagement metrics, identify trends in conversations, and gather insights to continuously improve the community experience



Experience & Qualifications:


  1. 1+ years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement, preferably within the health, wellness, or parenting space
  2. Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills to handle diverse parenting questions and concerns
  3. A strong understanding of digital platforms, particularly WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram
  4. Ability to work independently and coordinate with a cross-functional team, including marketing, customer service, and content creation.
