Position Overview:


We’re looking for a dynamic and empathetic Community Moderator to manage and engage our online communities, primarily on WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social media platforms, ensuring a welcoming and safe space for parents to share, learn, and connect.

As a community moderator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a community dedicated to empowering parents to make right food choices for their children. If you’re passionate about nutrition and health, enjoy engaging with like-minded individuals, and are excited about building a supportive network for parents, we’d love to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively moderate and manage interactions within our WhatsApp groups, Facebook communities, and other social channels to ensure a positive experience for all members
  • Answer questions, provide support, and guide discussions aligned with community’s interests and direction
  • Organize and participate in community activities, such as Q&A sessions, live chats, contests, and polls
  • Collaborate with nutritionists, paediatricians, and brand advocates to arrange insightful sessions and expert content for the community
  • Foster relationships with community influencers and encourage user- generated content.
  • Track engagement metrics, identify trends in conversations, and gather insights to continuously improve the community experience



Experience & Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement, preferably within the health, wellness, or parenting space
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills to handle diverse parenting questions and concerns
  • A strong understanding of digital platforms, particularly WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with a cross-functional team, including marketing, customer service, and content creation.
