- Ensure Productivity is monitored/enhanced in line with set targets
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources
- Maintain Team MIS and conduct regular appraisal
- Consistency in achieving the agreed performance parameters
- TAT adherence to be mandated & regularly monitored
- Achieve team targets on TPP/other products as agreed
- Conduct trainings for the new joinees
- Refresher training to be identified & conducted
- Regular monitoring and feedback to be provided to the execs
- Update team of any new updates. Assist team with prompt handling of escalations
- Client feedback to be shared with resp dept.
