Careers360 is looking for a Business Development Associate who has an experience of 1 to 4 years in inside sales.


Job Description:

1.      This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading the unique way of learning in your city.

2.      Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning methods.

3.      Taking up revenue responsibility. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales.

4.      Tell the students about JEE and NEET exams over the phone, counsel them and convince them to subscribe to it.

5.      Need to give a minimum 3 hours of calling every day.

6.      It is a target based profile and has incentives on best performance.

  1. Working Hours - Minimum 9 hours (10 AM onwards)
  2. Working Days - 6 (roster week off)
