What you will be doing?


• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle.

• Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications.

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with social media and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
