Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Manager at Camu in Chennai. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the Camu campus management solution, working closely with educational institutions to ensure successful deployment and adoption. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, guiding clients through the implementation process, and providing ongoing support and training.


Leadership:

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for institutional clients, from initial scoping

and planning through to final delivery.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients during the implementation

process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on

project goals and objectives.

Understand client's unique needs and customize the ERP solution to meet those

requirements.

Team Management:

Manage and mentor a team of implementation specialists, providing guidance and support

throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate teams & cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Process Improvement:

Develop and implement best practices for ERP implementation, ensuring continuous

improvement in project delivery.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, ensuring projects stay on track and

meet quality standards.

Training & Change Management:

Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for client staff, ensuring smooth adoption of our system

Lead change management initiatives to help institutions transition effectively to the new

system.

Quality Assurance & Reporting:

Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are fully aligned with client expectations.
