Octoze Technologies specializes in the MEAN stack and creates world-class products like Camu to bridge the gap between parents, students, and educational organizations.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation and Support professional at Camu in Chennai. The role involves tasks such as software implementation, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will use analytical skills and strong communication abilities to support the implementation of Camu's campus management solution.


Responsibilities

Assist in managing the end-to-end implementation process for projects, ensuring timelines,

budgets, and client expectations are met.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and customize

solutions to meet specific needs.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Client Training & Onboarding:

Provide hands-on training to client teams, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the system.

Develop training materials and documentation to support the onboarding process.

Ongoing Customer Support:

Serve as a key point of contact for clients post-implementation, addressing any issues,

questions, or concerns they may have.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the support team to ensure

timely resolution.

Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement or

additional training.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all implementations follow best practices and meet the company’s quality

standards.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and client satisfaction,

gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Team Coordination & Reporting:

Assist the Implementation & Support Manager in leading the team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Prepare and present regular reports on project status, client satisfaction, and support

activities to senior management.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance implementation and support processes, driving efficiency and improving client outcomes.
