implementation and optimization of our ERP systems to enhance business operations and

efficiency.


* Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from strategy development to post-

implementation support

* Design and oversee the technical architecture of ERP solutions, ensuring scalability,

performance, and integration with existing systems

* Manage system configuration, customization, and development activities, including RICE

(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) objects

* Conduct business process analysis and redesign across functional areas to leverage ERP

capabilities

* Develop and implement data migration strategies, including data cleansing, mapping, and

validation processes

* Establish and manage comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration,

system, and user acceptance testing

* Create and execute change management and training programs to ensure smooth transition

and user adoption

* Oversee system integrations, including API development and third-party software

integrations


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or

relevant master's degree preferred

* 10-12 years of experience in ERP implementation and management, with at least 5 years

in a leadership role

* Deep expertise in SAP or Oracle ERP systems, including hands-on experience with

system configuration and customization

* Relevant certifications such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Certified Application Associate,

Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Specialist, or equivalent

* Strong project management skills, preferably with PMP or PRINCE2 certification

* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP projects across multiple

modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HCM)

* Proficiency in ERP system architecture, database management systems, and ETL tools

* Experience with programming languages relevant to ERP customization (e.g., ABAP for

SAP, PL/SQL for Oracle)

* Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting tools, and cloud-based ERP solutions.
