Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Implementations: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of Akku - IAM, including planning, design, configuration, integration, and rollout.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering high performance and professional growth.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their IAM needs and ensure satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Technical Expertise: Design secure, scalable IAM solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Integration: Work with application and infrastructure teams to integrate Akku with existing client systems.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support, addressing complex issues and ensuring high availability.


Qualifications:

  • BE, B Tech, MCA, MSC-IT, or equivalent degree.
  • Proficiency with IAM products like Okta, OneLogin, Keycloak, Sailpoint, RSA, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Experience with LDAP and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proven track record in managing complex IAM implementations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
