Job Title : Vice President – Acquisitions / Investments for Real Estate Fund

 

Job Description:

·     Source, evaluate, model, underwrite and execute investments / acquisitions

·     Fund-raise for AIF/ managed accounts / platforms of the Company

·     Asset management and reporting for investments / assets under management including Prius Platinum

·     Sourcing and execution of transactions in the nature of co-invest / syndication / advisory services

·     Assist in overall growth and development of the enterprise including creation of new verticals and business areas

·     Manage and grow relationships with our partners, investors and other stakeholders

·     Mentor and manage team members and promote team harmony / collaboration

·     Perform managerial, regulatory/compliance and administrative / directorship functions assigned 


 

Essential Attributes:

·      Minimum of 8-10 years experience in related areas of real estate investments or investment banking or development

·      Track record in sourcing and underwriting commercial real estate / data centers and related investment opportunities

·      Good analytical and negotiating skills

·      Academic background in finance/real estate with MBA/CFA or equivalent.

·      Partner and work closely with internal / external teams to collect and manage data for management reporting.

·      Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends.

·      Perform in-depth industry and market research.

·      Balance conflicting resource and priority demands.

·      Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

·      The candidate must have the ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting / small team

·      Reporting into the Managing Partner/ CEO directly
