JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT( CRM) - MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE: To manage the end to end process for sourcing, engaging & driving the hosted buyers to the events

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 -7 years

QUALIFICATION : GRADUATE IN ANY DISCIPLINE

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  1. Role requires the employee to maintain all the details of the hosted buyers
  2. Role requires the employee to have a detailed understanding of their business needs & understand their expectations from the show
  3. Role requires the employee to engage with them & pitch the event to them to ensure their participation
  4. Role requires the employee to manage the entire process right from registration at the event to their travel & stay as well as their entire experience at the event
  5. Role requires the employee to coordinate effectively across other departments to offer desired value to the buyers
  6. Role requires the employee to have a detailed understanding of the exhibitors as well & present their brands in the best possible manner to the hosted buyers & vice versa
  7. Role requires the employee to be a one point contact for the hosted buyers pre, during & post the event
  8. Role requires the employee to be target oriented & drive the right quantity & quality of hosted buyers for the event so that there is transaction of business done.
  9. Role requires the employee to strategize, plan and finalize the timeline for awards.
  10. Role requires the employee to coordinate and follow up for all entries.
  11. Role requires the employee to coordinate with all award related internal and external agencies for artwork, trophies, social media posts and promotional materials.
  12. Role requires the employee to coordinate with the event company for proper execution of annual jury meet.
  13. Role requires the employee to coordinate with the event manager for the final event.
  14. Role requires employee to check artwork for sponsors, checking and uploading of all participating designs and approving of all specifications related to all printable materials,
  15. Role requires employees to check all specifications for entries, online checks for voting and links.
