Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: 3-4 years in IT Recruitment

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from office)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Understand technical job descriptions and effectively create JDs using relevant keywords provided.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to match technical requirements and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming IT roles.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering background preferred).
  • Proven experience of 3-4 years in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).


Preferred Skills:

  • Technical knowledge to effectively evaluate IT candidates.
  • Familiarity with IT industry trends and talent market insights.
