Job Designation / Role : IT - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location : Ahmedabad

No of Positions : 2


Role Objective:

We are looking to employ an IT - Talent Acquisition Specialist with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs. IT - Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.


To ensure success as an IT - Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should focus primarily on acquiring talented candidates who will add value to the organization. An HR should have a network of contacts in the industry and understand how to use social media to attract suitable candidates for current and future posts.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Filling positions within an organization.
  • Manage end to end recruitment for Software Technology Domain
  • Expertise in recruitment of Technology roles ex Java, Bigdata, Python, Spark, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, DevOps etc
  • Hands on experience in sourcing & screening through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc ) and exposed to different sources for getting profiles.
  • Develop and update job descriptions
  • Sourcing, short listing of candidates
  • Conducting interviews & selection of the candidate
  • Salary fitment, negotiations & offer releasing.
  • Taking Part in special projects like :- Employer Branding, Internal Job Movement (IJP), Alumni Connect, Industry Benchmarking, TA Process Improvement, Increasing Referral ecosystem .
  • Technical Knowledge on various domain along with good MIS and data presentation (Database Management)
  • Develop contacts through new joiners and helped sourcing maximum candidates under the referral scheme.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4 Years Experience in IT Recruitment. Preferably working in IT Company
  • MBA or BE(IT) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills .
  • Excellent in Head hunting Niche skill candidate
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent record keeping & MIS.


Education : BE (IT), BBA , MBA (HR)
