Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Fulfillment Executive at Swish Club. The Fulfillment Executive will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment lifecycle, encompassing order processing, comprehensive order management (including orders, returns, refunds, and replacements), overseeing related accounting tasks, and ensuring prompt delivery to customers. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline fulfillment processes and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while continuously seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.



Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Prior experience in order fulfillment or logistics is preferred
  • Experience with E-commerce startups (in e-commerce digital operations is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Vendor management and relationship-building skills
