What would you be doing?

  • Counsel interested students on Airblack makeup & beauty courses.
  • Drive revenue and enrolments into Airblack courses.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.


What makes you a suitable candidate?

  • A minimum of 6 months of internship is required in B2C Sector or 1 year of proven work experience in B2C Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales role, preferably in the EdTech, Fintech, banking, BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily call targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


Compensation:

  • CTC at par with the market standards
  • Performance-based monthly incentives: Uncapped
