  • Experience in corporate strategy function /strategy consulting firms as an Engagement Manager or experience in driving automation projects as a project manager in industrial companies.
  • Should have deliver 3 to 4 major digital transformation projects from roadmap and influence the adoption; deliver the benefit/value of the projects defined during business case phase by influencing business functions.
  • Define digital strategy for the organization and define roadmap of projects to enhance customer experience in all customer touchpoints and cost reduction in operations.
  • Advise business areas on allocation of capital towards digital projects through business case analysis
  • Experiment 3 to 5 technological solutions for a business challenge by working with vendors/solution partners.
  • Build digital capability in the company by organizing trainings/knowledge sessions for various functions.
  • Lead on digital program and manage a team to deliver the projects.
