2. Content Creation:

- Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.


3. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.


4. Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.


5. Team Leadership:

- Lead and inspire the creative and social media marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.


6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyse the performance of creative and social media initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.



Requirements:


  1. Minimum (8-12) years of experience in creative marketing and social media management.
  2. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies.
  3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  4. Creative thinking with a focus on driving brand engagement.
