Role: Employee Experience Specialist

Location: Electronic city, Bangalore (WFO Mode)


Job purpose:

What You’ll Do


  • Drive Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives that promote collaboration, celebrate success, and nurture a positive, inclusive work culture.
  • Survey & Analysis: Manage our employee experience survey, analyse results, and design action plans to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Collaborate for Change: Partner with HR and business leaders to craft and execute strategies that elevate the employee experience, backed by data-driven insights.
  • Champion Inclusion: Lead inclusion initiatives to ensure every employee feels supported and included. Use analytics to fine-tune our approach and meet the unique needs of our workforce.
  • Drive CSR Initiatives: Collaborate with Biocon Foundation to lead employee volunteering and CSR activities, encouraging meaningful engagement and positive social impact.
  • Craft Compelling Communications: Collaborate with the Communications team to share stories and updates that bring our employee experience efforts to life, ensuring a unified message across the organization.

What We’re Looking For


  • A bachelor’s degree in any field, paired with a passion for making a difference in the workplace.
  • 7 – 12 years of experience in a role where you’ve driven employee experience and cultural initiatives. Experience in life sciences is a bonus
  • Proven ability to create and implement employee engagement programs that foster a connected, positive workplace.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all platforms (written, verbal, visual).
  • The ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion, building trust and maintaining confidentiality in a dynamic work environment.
