ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re on the lookout for a Operations Manager with 5 years’ experience to help us develop & achieve our growth strategies. It's a rare opportunity to own & shape the company at a regional level.

 

Reporting to APAC head office, you’ll be responsible for our subsidiary based in Mumbai. On a day-to-day basis you will be running our Mumbai office, coordinating logistics and supporting our sales team.

 

You will need to be experienced in overseeing all commercial aspects of our operations in the region, ensuring profitability, managing compliance, and supporting revenue growth.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.

· Oversee and manage all administrative, logistic and finance processes.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and taxation requirements and company policies.

· Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

 

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you must be proactive, a strong problem-solver & have a ‘can-do’ attitude. The experience & skills you’ll need include:

 

· Proven experience in a manager role, with experience in logistics and finance, ideally with an international company - UK, US or Australia

· High level of business acumen with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business

· High level of accuracy & strong attention to detail

· Degree qualified, preferably Accounting/Finance

· Experience with CRM software (Salesforce & Netsuite) as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

· A genuine collaborative team player that forms great relationships with both internal & external stakeholders

· Outstanding planning, organisational & leadership skills

 

This is a full-time role based in our office located in Mumbai.
