Sales Incentive calculations / Contests & Conventions
·Co-ordinate with Channel for the new initiatives launched.
·Obtaining necessary approvals required for the launch.
·Prepare initiative understanding documentations and specifications.
·Interact with channel for understanding and clarification required for designing and preparing trackers of new contests and convention launched for the distribution channel.
·Write, developed and optimize sequel queries.
·Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases.
·Preparation of Tracker / MIS as per defined SLA and providing regular updates.
·To ensure the Maker Checker process is followed. QC of contest updates / Sales incentive results/ Payouts.
·Automation of Reports.
·Processing timely and accurate incentive payouts to HR.
·Handle database procedures such as upgrade, backup, etc.
iTALIC Portal Management
·Able to Understand the requirement received from various stake holders.
·Coordinate and guide developer for enhancement
·Able to Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Post production testing.
·Managing and providing ongoing support for smooth function of portal.
Ad hoc Management information Reports / Regulatory Reports
·Ability to develop and generate reports for management / Sales / Operations to provide information about function specific performance.
Analysis / Quality Checks and Controls
·Conducts concern analysis and shares it with supervisor to enable changes in internal policies and procedures.
·Able to use technology such as Microsoft Office for basic number crunching, presentations and data analysis.
·Ability to Analyzes processes to identify appropriate and critical controls and objectives.

·Strong RDBMS (Relational Database ManagementSystem) knowledge.
