Job Overview:


Cadence Infotech is seeking a dynamic Sales Head / Senior Manager with a robust background in IT and EdTech sales to lead our sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing substantial sales portfolios and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, extensive networks within the education and corporate sectors, and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and marketing teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales Leadership: Spearhead the sales department, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets to significantly impact our growth trajectory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, both existing and new, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and relay relevant market intelligence to the tech team to aid in the development of competitive and innovative products.
  • Digital Sales Strategy: Leverage digital platforms for sales including CRM systems, social media, and other online tools to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to align sales strategies with broader company objectives and product developments.
  • Industry Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry changes to adapt and plan for long-term success.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: MBA in Sales or Marketing from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, specifically in the IT and/or EdTech industry.
  • Networking Skills: Strong business connections and networks within educational and corporate sectors.
  • Digital Savvy: Proficient in digital sales strategies, CRM tools, and social media conversions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of strategic planning and execution with a focus on results.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage team interactions and client relationships.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions quickly.
