Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven IT Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of our global ERP, CRM, and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture


• Develop and implement comprehensive solution architectures that integrate ERP, CRM, and reporting systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards.


• Design scalable and flexible system integrations that accommodate future growth and technological advancements.


• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and security of data across all platforms.

2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement


• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet organizational needs.


• Provide expert guidance on best practices, tools, and technologies to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

3. Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery


• Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring they are robust, secure, and optimized for performance.


• Oversee the development of technical specifications and documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with architectural standards.


• Ensure the successful deployment of solutions, providing technical oversight and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation


• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in solution architecture and integration, evaluating their applicability to our organizational needs.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system integration processes, reduce complexity, and improve efficiency.

Preferred Experience


• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and system integration roles, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.


• Proficiency in integration technologies such as ETL tools, API management, and middleware platforms.


• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques, database design, and data warehousing concepts.


• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating cloud-based applications with on-premises systems.


• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications


• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or Certified Solution Architect.


• Experience with big data technologies and real-time data integration solutions.


• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in solution architecture and system integration.
