Email to ea@aquent.in Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Silvassa for a Research and Development Scientist. The role involves conducting research, developing innovative polymer formulationsPolymer identifications use of FTIR,DSCreactive extrusions and compounding functional polymers in engineering and FR compounds on lab lines, Testing and use of UTM/ Notch impact and various compoudning instruments,Quality certifications maintain like IATF/ ISO/ FDA / REACH, Quality design international standard prosucts . The scientist will oversee experiments in the laboratory, analyze results, and contribute toward enhancing product performance for diverse applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications PhD, Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Polymer Science, ChemistryMSc/ PhD/ MTech Polymers (polyolefins) Hands on knoweldge to use FTIR/ DSC and polymer characterisation. Worked in R&D and QC of compouding and Masterbatch company for atleast 3+ yrs Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and ability to oversee experimental procedures.Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including preparing, testing, and analyzing materials.Knowledge of Chemistry and its applications in polymer innovation and formulation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Experience in the polymers or chemicals industry is highly desirable.
