**Role Summary**:This role is ideal for fresh biotechnology graduates passionate about marketing and technical support. As a Marketing & Technical Specialist, you will bridge the gap between the technical aspects of our products and customer needs, supporting our sales and marketing teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and product knowledge for SUS products, filters, and tubing to customers and internal teams.
- Assist in creating and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns targeting the biotechnology sector.
- Prepare technical documentation, whitepapers, case studies, and product brochures.
- Support the preparation and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and customer seminars.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely technical solutions.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and product innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of bioprocessing, filtration, and single-use technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship or project experience in the biopharmaceutical or bioprocessing industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and bioprocess validation.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
