· Product Recommendations and Sales:

· Recommend and apply skincare products tailored to each client's skin type and needs.

· Educate clients on the benefits of using the right products and offer products for sale.

· Customer Care and Retention:

· Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience and encourage return visits.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction with treatments.

· Maintaining Cleanliness and Hygiene:

· Ensure that treatment areas, equipment, and tools are clean and sanitized in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

· Follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

· Stay Updated on Trends:

· Continuously research new skincare techniques, treatments, and product trends to stay ahead in the industry.

· Participate in training and development to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

· Keeping Records:

· Maintain detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and progress to track results and recommend future treatments.

· Keep accurate and up-to-date client files.

· Front Desk Work:

Appointment booking , Billing Preparation , Patient Registration in software.
