Highlight of the engagement opportunityNature of role: Full TimeNumber of years of experience expected: 2 – 12 yearsAreas of experience preferred: Operational risk management, Compliance management and product lifecycle management in these areasEducational qualification expected: Bachelor’s degree in commerce / engineering / economics / Statistics / MathematicsAdditional qualifications/ certifications required: : FRM / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) / Chartered Accountant (CA)Preferable additional certifications: NonePreferred geography of previous work experience: India/ Europe /APAC/ USLanguage requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in EnglishTechnology proficiency preferred: Python / SQL / Bloomberg/ Experience with any ORM or GRC platformKey responsibility areas: Product/Senior Specialist as part of Callisto product family having products in the areas of Non-financial risk management such as ORM, BCP, TPRM, compliance management and Internal Audit.Manage and execute several internal development initiatives as per the development roadmap Acies TechWorks’s proprietary Callisto application in areas related to Non-financial risk management such as ORM, BCP, TPRM, compliance management and Internal Audit.Define methodologies and workflows for product development and undertake product development along with the team using our No-code platform Revolutio.Defining and managing data tables and models for the products.Test GUI flow and accuracy of developed functionalities / features across the application. Raise bugs and feature requests with the platform team and coordinate to get those addressed.Conduct research on functional methodologies and design prototype models pertaining to workflows, risk quantification, compliance with various GRC standards etc.Lead and / or assist in drafting / enhancing existing product documentation and collateral such as business requirement documents, functional specification documents, user manuals, demo presentations, test case repository etc.Independently drive day-to-day execution of internal development initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.Provide support to the implementation team in case of product related queries.Other important information:Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in IndiaPeriod of engagement: Full-time positionProbation period: 6 monthsCompensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person.
