Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Specialist based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Claims Specialist will process, evaluate, and resolve claims efficiently within established timelines. Responsibilities include gathering and assessing claim-related documents, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring claims meet compliance standards, and maintaining accurate claim records. The role also involves investigating discrepancies, providing exceptional customer service, and generating regular reports for claims analysis and improvement.

- Strong analytical skills for claim assessment, verification, and resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organizational prowess for maintaining accurate documentation
- Proficiency in claims processing systems and general computer skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards and practices in claims management
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Previous experience in claims-related roles is highly advantageous
- Educational background in business, finance, or a related field
