Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for in-house requirements.
The role focuses on identifying top talent for our internal recruitment team, which supports US staffing needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for similar positions in the staffing industry and a deep understanding of the Indian talent market.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting:
Source and attract candidates for in-house roles such as US IT and Non-IT Recruiters from the Indian market.
Develop targeted recruitment strategies to build talent pipelines for these roles.
Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates experience, skill sets, and cultural fit for US recruitment roles.
Manage the interview process, coordinating with internal hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.
Utilize behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate suitability.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
Provide guidance and recommendations throughout the hiring process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Maintain effective communication with candidates, providing feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Offer Management:
Lead the offer negotiation process, ensuring competitive packages are offered to selected candidates.
Collaborate with HR and management on the final selection and offer process.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process in coordination with HR team.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Indian market for recruitment roles.
Regularly track and report on hiring trends and challenges within the industry.
Metrics & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of the recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, interview feedback, and hiring outcomes.
Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and cost-per-hire.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in hiring for US staffing roles such as US IT and Non-IT recruiters and other operational positions.
Proven ability to source and hire candidates from the Indian market.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit and other job boards.
Familiarity with job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple hirings and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A self-motivated, proactive approach to recruitment.
Additional Requirements:
Understanding of the US recruitment process is a plus.
Ability to work in EST time zone. Preferably 06:30PM to 03:30AM IST
