ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Loan SourcingSource Micro Home Loans and LAPs up to ₹10 lakhsPromote products like Subhash Saral and SuniwashBuild local network, generate leads through fieldwork, community outreach, and referralsProduct Promotion & Customer InteractionEducate affordable housing segment customers on loan options and eligibilityConduct initial financial assessments to recommend suitable loansDocumentation & ProcessingCollect and verify documents; ensure compliance with internal and legal standardsLegal & Technical CoordinationCoordinate with legal teams for property checks and with valuers for technical reportsDisbursement CoordinationLiaise with Asset Centre to ensure timely disbursalTroubleshoot legal, technical, and documentation issuesQualificationsEducation: Minimum GraduationExperience: Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and local travel readiness are eligibleRequired SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsBasic understanding of home loans and LAP productsKnowledge of local geography and borrower segmentsProficiency in local languages (preferred)Ability to ride a two-wheeler (mandatory for field visits)
